Finance and Leasing Options

Tuff Shed retail customers have several options available for financing/leasing their building. Customers interested in traditional financing are invited to apply with Service Finance® or RTO National®. Lease purchase (also known as rent to own) is another option available through RTO National. Talk with a Tuff Shed sales representative to see what program might be best for your project.

Service Finance

As Low As 9.99% Fixed Rate APR for 120 Months

  • Credit Check Required
  • Loans up to $100,000
  • Financed amount can be put towards other projects (i.e. concrete)
  • 10% Downpayment required

Service Finance

No Interest if paid in full within 6 months

  • Interest is billed during promo period – Waived if paid in full before promo expires
  • 6 Month promo period begins when building installed
  • 10% Downpayment required
  • Monthly payments required

RTO National

Variable APR As low as 9.99% Up to 60 Months

  • Renters Okay
  • Loans up to $20,000
  • 10% Downpayment required

RTO National

Flex Lease Buildings up to $20,000

  • No Credit Check
  • Select Shed Models
  • Low Deposit Required
